إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَآئِرِ اللَّهِ أَبْدَأُ بِمَا بَدَأَ اللَّهُ بِهِ
Transliteration
Inna-Safaa Wal-marwata min-sha'aa'irillaah. Abda'u bimaa bada'allaahu bihi.
Translation
Surely Safa and Marwah are among the signs of Allah. I begin by that which Allah began.
Guidance
When to recite
Recited upon approaching Safa before starting Sa'i. The Prophet ﷺ began with Safa and recited this verse before ascending.
